My team manages all environment variables in Octopus and I’m trying to keep it as a single source of truth and avoid duplication in multiple places. I’m looking for a way to fetch variable values and use them in a CI environment. Is there a way to do it via the REST API? I know the space, environment, and application IDs. These variables are set in the Octopus dashboard and they might not be scoped to a release or deployment. Under the deployment > process tab in the scripts section, I see SOME_ENV="$(get_octopusvariable "app.some_env")" line and I’m trying to do exactly the same thing, but via the REST API.
