Failed to Install Tentacle Service

Getting this error when trying to install the Tentacle Windows Service on my production server: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/4165510/OcotpusInstall.png

Server:
Windows Server 2008 Datacenter edition (SP1) x64

This server doesnt have powershell, will I need to install that?

Yes, you’ll need to install PowerShell. The installer for 2008 x64 is here:
