Extend characters (åäö) not supported in project names anymore - projects cannot be opened

Some projects in our app are showing a “Exception of type ‘Octopus.Core.Model.Exceptions.EntityNotFoundException’ was thrown.” error.

Seems all projects that throw the error contains extended characters (like Swedish characters Å, Ä, Ö) in the project name.

It worked fine so far using these characters. Is there some Azure update that changes this behavior?

This is a critical issue for us since there are many project we cannot deploy now.
