Errors when trying to skip steps

After the 3.11.2 upgrade, I am getting messages like these when doing advance deployments that skip steps.

There was a problem with your request.
Could not find an action matching 0ccc5c0a-4f8a-4261-a45e-285e44fd6051. Specify the name or id of the action to skip.
Once you have corrected these problems you can try again.
If the problem is related to a variable you will need to update the variables for this release or recreate the release for the changes to take effect.
If the problem is related to the deployment process you will need to create a new release for the changes to take effect.

Thanks for getting in touch! We are aware of the issue (link includes a work around) and are currently preparing a release. It should be out today or tomorrow.
