Today we updated Octopus server to 2021.3.12205 and since then we re getting when creating new releases due to problems in jira integration. Here is the jkind error:

Could I please know which version you upgraded from? We do have a bug here that looks similar, but it should be fixed in your version. Would it be possible to try the workaround of disabling Jira, creating a release, then re-enabling and letting me know if that works?
Just to confirm, can you still successfully connect to Jira via the Test buttons after the upgrade? These are located at Configuration > Settings > Jira Integration
If I disable Jira integration then creating a release works. If I re-enable Jira integration then creating a release does not work and I have the error with Jira integration

I just upgraded to latest build 2021.3.12217 and problem persist.
I wanted to let you know that, after a discussion with our Integrations Team regarding a different affected customer, we’ve opened a new GitHub issue in this area: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/7369
As you are aware, the current workaround is disabling the Jira integration in Octopus temporarily to create the release.
