Error when trying to download tentacle

I am trying to create a new tentacle to a new server. I am getting the following error when I use the Download Tentacle button:
{“title”:“Not found”,“message”:“The resource you requested was not found.”,“details”:{“ErrorMessage”:“The resource you requested was not found.”}}

I get this when I try and download either the 32 or 64 bit tentacle.

I am new to Octopus Deploy so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Any help you can provide would be great.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m terribly sorry you’re hitting this strange issue when trying to download Tentacle. Are you attempting to download Tentacle in the web portal? Which version are you currently running? If you’re running an older version, I suspect you may be hitting this issue which was fixed in 3.16.0.

You can work around it by installing Tentacle via our downloads page (if you need an older version, you can find them on our previous versions page).
