Deployment stuck in cancelling state for 6 hours
If you are using the on-premise product, a restart of the service will resolve the issue (you may need to kill the process after a minute). We are shipping 2019.7.3 today which should resolve this problem.
If you are using the cloud product, what is your domain name? I will restart your instance during it’s maintenance period.
we are using on-premise product. I restarted the service couple of times.

just came to know that our version of octopus is a cloud version hosted by Octopus.
