I am looking to create a runbook operation to take frequent file backups in my test environment. I have a few projects configured, but the operation is not specific to any of those projects. It is more environment specific. In this case, should I just make a new project and configure the runbook process in that?

Thanks for reaching out. You’re right on point that creating a separate project is the best approach to backup your Test Environment files. Once you have set up the new project you may want to also consider setting up scheduled triggers for the runbook.
