Enviroment targets are being skipped/lost because UI is laggy

An update from the last month has made the UI really laggy and it is causing issues.

Environments being skipped:

If i select Environment A,B,C,D the bottom “Preview and Customize” section runs seconds behind and if I press Deploy prior to that being finished doing its work only environment A,B will deploy.

Where have private threads gone? I will email the gif to support.
