Display project statuses in Octopus Deploy on a open area screen

I’m not entirely sure how to phrase my question, but here goes:

My boss asked me whether it is possible to show project statuses on a big screen in the office space. As far as I know, there is no such feature in Octopus Deploy for such a use. As it is now, the dashboard cannot be used for this purpose, so an alternative is to use the Octopus REST api and create a customized view.

Have you thought of having a view for displaying project statuses on an open area screen?

Thanks for getting in touch! You’re correct that there is no feature like that built-in to the Octopus UI. We don’t have anything like this on our roadmap. That’s because each use-case is different. We haven’t seen any two requests have the same requirements.

But since Octopus is built API-first, that allows users to customize their own UI in the most optimal way possible. These types of customizations are pretty commonly built via the API, and it’s the best solution to get exactly what you need.
