Deployment Environment Disable

Hi ,
I have added deployment target and showing healthy. while creating Project Adding Environment it’s disable while other Environment is Enable . why Other Environment is showing Disable?

This looks like it will be related to how your lifecycle is configured. They can be set to block deployment to later environments until the initial environment has been successfully deployed to. This allows you to ensure that a release is successful to development and testing environments before being deployed to the production environment.

Thank you paul . i have created new lifecycle and it works for me.
