Deploy Azure App Service Template fails to deploy after this message “The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 3600 seconds elapsing.”

However, in Azure - App service deployment is done twice.

I’m using Octopus Cloud and running the deployment using Hosted Windows/Linux worker with Azure tools bundled with Octopus.
