Dashboard doesn't scroll since installing 1.4.0.1589

Since upgrading the server to 1.4.0.1589 I can no longer scroll the dashboard horizontally any more. This is a pretty big problem because I can no longer see the status of some of my environments - I have many environments for a couple of projects. I’ve tried Firefox 19, IE9 and Safari 6.0.2. Pressing Ctrl-minus to zoom out a lot allows me to see all the environments but the text is so small I can’t read the version number!

Also, it just says version 1.4.0 at the page footer now. It doesn’t show the build number any more.
