Customer Step Templates Parameter Default Value not appearing when using "RUN"

Hi,

I have created a Customer Step Template with a parameter that has a default value of http://xxx-yyyyy/octopus.
When I use the “RUN” button on the customer step template the Parameter does not show the default value.
Have I done something wrong?
