How can i extract nuget package within my default application directory using custom deployment

Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like you are after our Custom Installation Directory (CID) feature.
This feature is explained in detail in the above linked documentation page. You can even use System Variables in your CID to achieve dynamic custom directory names.
