Clicking on task in Task Progress tab is not focusing on task in Task Log tab

When clicking on a task within the Task Progress tab, I am not being taken to the task within the Task Log tab (it just defaults to the top of the page).

I remember this was a bug a while back, and it got fixed, but now it seems to be broken again.

Unfortunately this has been a regression since 2019.5.6. We have an issue open for this that was created last month.
