Certain Deployment Step Happening Twice, Unexpectedly

Hi,

I have a pesky issue where I have a certain deployment step that runs twice, even though I’ve only specified it once in the Process design section. I’ve attached logs here (scrubbed) and some screenshots highlighting the issue.

Have you seen this before? Any ideas as to what I can look at to troubleshoot?
