Can't assign a manual intervention to another user

Hi,

I’ve set the manual intervention to include an team include myself and others. What I want to be able to do is assign the approval to someone else, and have Octopus notify that person, but I don’t seem to have an option to assign it to anyone but myself.

Thanks

Glenn

Octopus Deploy 2.5.12.666

Hi Gbunter,

Thanks for getting in touch! Currently Manual Interventions work at team level. Meaning this person on your team could approve this step without the need of you having to assign the intervention to him. I do think its a good idea to have a notification sent to everyone on the assigned team once the deployment reaches the manual intervention step. There is already a Uservoice request for this feature: https://octopusdeploy.uservoice.com/forums/170787-general/suggestions/3577620-approval-steps-should-email-the-approvers-so-they

Feel free to put some votes on it and follow its progress

Thanks!

Ok, I’ll set something up to notify people in the specified group.

Thanks
