Can't access LetsEncrypt on Cloud Instance

Trying to use the Lets Encrypt functionality documented here

Seems like its linked only to AdministerSystem permissions which doesn’t make sense.
How do I enable LetsEncrypt functionality?

That’s correct, to configure Let’s Encrypt for your Octopus Server, you must be a member of the Octopus Administrators group and the highest access level a customer can have to their Octopus Cloud server is Octopus Manager. Having said that, you do not need to configure this because we are already using an SSL certificate on your Octopus Cloud server :).
