i have an external feed added into Octopus.
If i test the feed, i can see two packages, but if i browse the Packages page, i see only one, an earlier version.
Is there a way to make (force) octopus check only the external feed?

When you say but if i browse the Packages page, i see only one, an earlier version., which page you mean exactly? Is it by any chance Library -> Packages? If that is the case, do know that that page will only show packages on the built-in repository, and not from external feeds. The only way to see packages from the latter is using the “test” feature.
If you are not talking about that screen, would you mind sending a screenshot of where are you looking for your packages?
