When I click on the project switcher and try to scroll through it with the scroll-wheel, the list starts to go crazy. We have around 20 projects and scrolling through the list seems to continuously refreshing the list causing the list to flashing/flicker. It also prevents you from selecting a project.
I have created a screen capture from it (mp4-file) to explain the issue when needed.
Environment:
Browser: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Microsoft Windows Pro [Version 10.0.15063]
Using Edge as browser does not show the same problem, so it looks like it is related to the browser.

Firefox and IE had different issues around this which I’ve also outlined. It’s great that Edge seems to be working as expected.
