Cannot create new Octopus Cloud instance

Hi there,

Anyone here also having trouble with the Octopus Cloud creation? I cannot create new Cloud instance even the validation passed, it’s just keep redirecting me back to the creation page without any messages.

Thanks for getting in touch!

Due to some ongoing ToS violations Cloud instance creation is disabled for public email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo etc) and I’m guessing that your account is currently using one of those?

If you have a work email (private domain) that you can use instead then drop us an email at and we can add that domain to our whitelist which will allow you to create a new Cloud instance.
