We have a task that is cancelling for a number of days now.
We have tried to restart the tentacle service but still not able to cancel the task.
We cannot delete the deployment as it is in cancelling state.
Thanks for reaching out to us today and sorry one of your tasks is still stuck on cancelling, unfortunately if you have restarted the tentacle and the task is still stuck you are going to need to restart the Octopus Server service and that should hopefully cancel that task.
Let me know if it does not though but customers that experience this issue after the tentacle restart doesn’t fix it do find a Octopus server service restart works to cancel the task.
