Can authentication be both User/Pass and Active Directory?

From reading the docs, it’s either or and I saw a question dated back to '16 saying no, is this still the case?

Hi Cam,

Thanks for getting in touch!

These two authentication methods are controlled separately, so, there is no problem in having both of these enabled and a user can choose to either use AD or a password to log in with.
