On the Packages Versions screen (http://[site]/app#/library/packages/versions/[PackageName]) each of the download icons next to the version number has the URL to download the latest version, instead of the version that it’s next to on the screen. For example, I have a Package with two versions. When I click on the icon next to the oldest version, it still downloads the latest version.
