There’s a bug in newer versions of Octopus where it will only deploy to a single environment, even if multiple ones are selected (see picture):
This just caused us downtime, as a developer believed a version was deployed to an environment and it wasn’t.
Is this known and planned fixed? IMHO this is a critical bug.

I upgraded to 2019.10.11, but the bug is still there. The “deploy” button is green before both environments are “loaded”, causing an incomplete deploy.

Thanks for getting in touch! Sorry that this has caused you trouble. The good news is that this has been fixed and will be released in version 2019.11.1. There is some more information on the Github issue here: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/6054.
