Hi Cagin,

Our regular licences are perpetual, with a yearly maintenance renewal. These licences allow you to use any version of Octopus available at the time of your purchase, as well as any future releases for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the 12 months are done, you can keep using the version you have forever, or you can renew your licence for another 12 months to be able to download newer versions.

We also offer subscriptions for shorter periods, but for more info about this I encourage you to send us an email to sales@OctopusDeploy.com so we can give you a proper answer according to your license status.
