Azure classic cloud service deployment issues

Hello everyone,

In the last months, we are experiencing deployment issues with classic Azure cloud services. Usually, one service gets stuck in deployment for 2 hours and then it either gets deployed, or throws error like this:

Too bad there is no solution to this problem.

Unfortunately this one is a bit out of our control. The workaround should work, though at the cost of variable substitution which is less than ideal. :frowning:
