Available Packages List Not Grouping Packages Correctly When a Pre-release Package Exists

See attached screenshot.

5.9.105 and 5.9.106-hotfix are different version of the same package and should be grouped together in the available packages view sorted appropriately according to semver rules. In this case 5.9.106-hotfix should be the most recent. The deployment steps recognize these as part of the same package and recognize the right version as the most recent build, it is only the available packages page that handles this incorrectly.

Hi Brett,

Thanks for reaching out. This is actually a design choice, as we believe its more useful to see the branches separated this way. The important thing is that during the deployment, Octopus recognizes the correct package as the most recent version (in your case, the hotfix one).

Thanks

Dalmiro
