Either it does not exist or you do not have appropriate GitHub permissions.

I have added in my github credentials but it seems to have not made any difference and the person who initially configured the server has since left the organisation adn didn’t document the authetication methods very well.

What could be causing the issue and how do I fix this issue?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Andrew

Hi @andrew.rycroft

Thanks for reaching out regarding your issue.
From the error you have shared, it looks like the issue may be that the package doesn’t exist or the credentials may be incorrect.

We have some documentation that could help troubleshoot the issue here:

Kind Regards,
Dom.

Hi Dom.

Thanks for the response.

Was going through the documentation in relation to Github authentication and realised the issue was related to an auth token that was invalid as it was for the colleague who had left. I’ve since replaced it and it is working fine now.

Best regards
