add in functionality so we can see users API keys if your an admin

Thank you for contacting Octopus support. This is a good suggestion.
Currently, we don’t have a direct way to see other people’s API keys, but if you are an admin, you can filter the Audit for “Event Categories” related to an API key. It will show you who created/deleted what API key. Also, in the audit, we show in the events if authentication was with an API key for the user.

Additionally, you can add your request to UserVoice
