Octopus admin user has no permissions after DB restore

We have not tried to set up a fresh instance on the pods. All we know is that the issue occurs after we import a DB and when we create a new admin user on that instance.

Thanks for the extra information, I have sent that to the engineers. How much of a pain would it be for you to setup a new instance on the pods and create the admin user just as a test so we can confirm its the migration that’s the issue here or the install itself?

If its an easy thing to do for you would you mind trying it out and reporting back, if it is a pain then no worries, the engineers can see if they get something from your logs.
