Which kernel and version is running in docker?
Would you be able to test upgrading to the latest version of that kernel and see if the performance issues go away?
We are seeing that this is most likely a linux OS version issue. You could also try downgrading to see if that helps if your company doesn’t allow you to run bleeding edge.
