The new failed log seems to be a completely different error? Are you seeing that error occurring regularly too?
Regarding the bootstrapper error, is e:\Octopus\
a local drive to that machine or network storage?
I’m unsure how much value we could add to a call about this issue. If other targets are working correctly, it suggests that the problem is environmental and a result of a change that has been made to this machine outside of Octopus.
