XML Transfrom InsertIfMissing

Hi I am currently experiencing problems with the InsertIfMissing tag when Octopus performs an xml transform on deployment:

Error:

2013-11-26 08:02:22 ERROR [XML Transformation] ERROR: LineNumber: 22, LinePosition: 76 Microsoft.Web.Publishing.Tasks.XmlNodeException: Could not resolve ‘InsertIfMissing’ as a type of Transform —> Microsoft.Web.Publishing.Tasks.XmlTransformationException: Could not resolve ‘InsertIfMissing’ as a type of Transform

Hi,

Unfortunately InsertIfMissing was added to VS2012 somewhat recently and
isn’t available in the version of XML transforms that we are using.

Yes, I’ve recorded an issue for Octopus 2.0 to address this.
