Why can't I see any roles here?

Trying to do a deployment to a resource group in Azure and having issues seeing the roles

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch. Roles are optional for server steps and they’re only available if you’re our Azure steps w/ cloud regions. Otherwise, it’s not needed.

Rob thanks for the reply . I am trying to create a resource group in Azure using octopus and I am unable to do so. Would love the help.
