When is my product out of support

We use Octopus deploy and we are very happy with the product. Because we use the product, we need to document when is the product out of support. I cannot find that information bout, we are using version 3.8.5 at the moment and upgrading soon. But one way or another I need to mark the out of support date for the products so we can plan for upgrades. Anyone that can help with this if they know it would be greatly appreciated.
