Hi I upgraded to the latest version of Octopus on Tuesday, I notice today our tentacles are still an old version. I thought they would auto upgrade themselves. Should that happen? When does it happen?
Note - I have not “locked current version”, if I go to the connectivity screen it tells me an upgrade is available.

The tentacle upgrade process is manually initiated, which might be where the confusion lies here. If you navigate to Infrastructure -> Deployment Targets, you should be prompted to upgrade all of your tentacles. Simply click the “Upgrade all tentacles” button, and the upgrade will roll out to all of your installs!
