Hello,

I will be making a purchase and need to receive a W-9 and Wire payment details so I can get Octopus Deploy added to our purchasing system.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I have attached our vendor form which has all of our banking details and our W-8 form. As we are an Australian company we do not have a W-9 form.
