UPDATE: Finally figured I needed to uninstall the failed install, then run the install again. Finally seems to have succeeded

I’m trying to install Tentacle extension on an Azure VM. It keeps failing with:

VMExtensionProvisioningError

Environment XXXXXX was either not found on the Octopus Server XXXXXXX or you do not have permission to view with this API key.

But I’ve tripled checked the environment name exists in Octopus, and the API key is the one I generated (via Profile > My API Keys.

Tried this all several times, same error.
