View access to private discussions for multiple users

Hi,

Is it possible to change the permissions of a private discussion in a way that other users of my organization also have access? Read access would suffice.

What is best practice? Should we create a shared account?

Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out! A Shared account would be the easiest in my opinion. You could also create the discussion as public, then have all the needed users subscribe to it, and finally make it private. It won’t kick any of the users on the thread, but also won’t allow anyone else to join in unless invited.
