Variables Dropping or getting deleted automatically

Variables Dropping or getting deleted automatically from projects and causing deployments failure when we create new variable and save and then create release and when we see the variables which were saved are gone.
we are using version 3.4.9.

This is a critical issue for us and we are have very difficulties in Production Deployments and are looking for a fix, it would be great if this issue is taken as priority and let us know the fix.

Thanks for getting in touch! It is possible that you are hitting the following bug: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/2779
It was fixed in 3.4.11. You will have to upgrade. If it does not resolve the issue you will have to give us direct steps to replicate the issue including screenshots.

Will Upgrade to the latest version and let you know how it works and then from there we can see what will be the next steps.
