I am getting this error when I browse to the octopus server Built-in Package Repository.

At first glance, I would guess this looks to be like a SQL Database issue.

Is there anything in the server logs regarding the error shown?

Do you have access to the SQL Database to run a query on the feeds table? If so, could you take a look at the feeds-builtin row and send along the contents of that row(if need be for private reasons please private message it to me)? If this feed is not in the default space, you will need to find the feed ID and look at that row, as only the default space’s feed is named feeds-builtin.
