Hello, when creating new team with users that have been just created, users in the team are displayed as blanks (no names or ids). Please see screenshot. Octopus v 3.3.8.

I’ve tried to replicate the issue with a 3.3.8 instance but I am not seeing the issue you are seeing.
Can you check if you are still seeing the issue and if there are any errors in the browser web developer tools?

The second time I did this recently we had no problems. I’ll keep an eye on it.
