Please let us know what are the User Permissions required under User-Role in order to only deploy-release

Thanks for getting in touch!
There is a user role called Project Deployer that will have the required permissions for deploying releases but creating them.
If you feel that this role has additional permissions that you do not want the user to have, then you can create a custom role and copy the permissions from Project Deployer that you require. It may take some trial and error testing with the user to ensure you have the right set of permissions assigned.
We typically advise against using custom roles where possible though.
