I see quite a few other issues from latest release so this is minor:
Seems like in 2.4.5.46 upload progress of packages no longer displays or only displays late in the upload (when pacakge is big)
There used to be a progress bar and % indicator now it goes from Uploading XYZ… no UI feedback… eventually Green / completed.
