Upload package - End of Central Directory record could not be found

Hi,

When uploading a package of a size 117Mb, we get the following error:
Octopus Server returned an error: End of Central Directory record could not be found.
Error from Octopus Server (HTTP 500 InternalServerError)

We get the same error when manually uploading as well as when pushing via Azure DevOps.

Our setup: HA with 2 nodes, v2019.2.4

We are currently in the process of migrating to a new setup, so we still have a stand alone server with an older version v2018.5.6 where the upload of the same package succeeds.

It appears to be some kind of nuget problem.

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry to hear that you are having these issues.

Do you have any firewalls between your Octopus server and the machine your uploading the package from (and also that Azure DevOps would go through when pushing the package)?

Can you send through your Octopus Server logs as this might have some more information for us to troubleshoot this issue.

Would you also be able to share the package that is causing this error? If you can, I can provide you with a link to a secure site to upload it too.
