Update cloud instance of Octopus to latest


My cloud instance is currently running 2018.9.5 and I would like it updated to the 2018.9.7 or greater if possible please!

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry for the long delay in getting back to you on this one! We are rolling out Octopus Server 2018.9.9 (early adopters will receive 2018.9.10) across the fleet this week which you should see come through to your instance in the next couple of days.

So that I can validate that you are authorised to request the upgrade, could I please request that you send through an email to support@octopus.com from the main email address associated with your Octopus Cloud Account and I can express an upgrade for your instance to your desired version immediately.

Alternatively, if this isn’t urgent you can simply take no action and your instance will be upgraded this week during your maintenance schedule.
