Starting with our upgrade to 3.4.15 (from 3.3.24), I started seeing the following behavior. When navigating to the Step details of a step in a deployment process, in the upper right I see the message You have unsaved changes as soon as the page renders (with no changes), and I get the warning dialog when navigating away. This happens every time.
I upgraded from 3.4.15 to 3.8.2 last week, and the problem persists.

We are aware of this issue (see github issue 2801) and have investigated it, but unfortunately its a lot more challenging than it appears to be on the surface.
We are hoping to have a fix available for this within the next week or two.
