Unable to upload SSL certification to OctopusDeploy Server

Using Octopus 3.1.4

If we try to bind an ssl certificate to the Octopus Deploy server, and choose “select” which i thought might allow me to upload or wildcard cert, the next dialog just brings a self signed cert.

How do we upload ours?
